Some good Anti-spywares are SpywareDoctor, Noadware.net, Adaware, etc.
If you are looking for some free stuff then I will recommend you to use Adware-SE and Spybot S&D.

Another application that is a must to have is This even offers you a free scan of your computer.
They are not very expensive and I think it worths when it comes about your data protection. I would kill myself if I would get my hdd infected and lost data
