I have tried using the symantec removal tool, but was not successful in removing the affected file ‘Object name: CC:\\WINDOWS\system32\rqrss.dll’. I have updated and ran Adaware, Counterspy,..etc. They locate the virus, say it cleans it however the pop ups are still present.
