I have mcafee virus protection and stopzilla adware and spyware protection. Everytime i run a scan i delete all the things it detects then as soon as i run another scan there are more things to delete. No viruses were found with mcafee virus scan though. I have the pop up blocker on with stopzilla but my computer will not let me turn on my regular windows pop up blocker and I still get pop ups. plz help thanks

My laptop is new-ish, however in in the last 4 weeks or so it has slowed down. I have tried virus killers, I have tried hidden rootkit detection, I have tried adware killers and spyware killers trying to identify what is clogging up my system, but no joy. Any suggestions?
