if you can not install an av the best thing to do honestly is reformat the hard drive basically reinstall windows/apple/Linux all over again and this time have good security or don’t do anything illegal to prevent from having to do it again
get a system restore disk or go down to the electronics store and purchase a copy of windows
try vista it is more secure and will not allow anything to install itself on your computer without explicit authorization from you
First adware will not disable security programs,you have something more serious. The trick is to rename the program names.
Have you actually installed MBAM ? Or are you being blocked to the sites ?
Malwarebytes, spybot, and combofix have been BLOCKED by one of these viruses. – leave combofix alone; you don’t have the knowledge to use it (unsafe unless a malware expert tells you to use it & I would like to see a HJT log before asking you to run combofix), you have trojan tdss:

All the programs you mention are anti spywarw programs and not anti virus programs. They will not remove your virus.
You willh have to install an antivirus progra.
Here is a good one and is free. Install it and do a complete scan
