Recently, an adware got into my pc. I suspect its from a program called IM Names. Although I deleted the program, the adware is still there. Is there a free adware remover program to remove it?
Goto and run the free version. If its there ewido will find it and remove it.

IM Names is a backdoor trojan virus.
You can clean this particular virus here.

go to their downloads section you might also wanna try hijackthis after you run the spy/ad removal tools
download the yahoo toolbar and run antispy, it also gets rid of the adware for good.
