How do i remove Adware.Advertising?

I got 2 errors on spyware doctor i have Adware.Advertising and Aplication.Tracking cookies

I hit remove once scan is done but every time i re scan just incase it comes back and i user SUPERantispyware too and it has found Trojian.UnknownOrigin how can i remove that also

Please help thanks really need them gone.

Also i have Windows Secruity Alert and the shield is red how can i renew or update my virus protection thanks.
