Try spybot search and destroy or download yahoo toolbar with antispy. Both are free. Keep in mind, if you downloaded something that has installed this stuff it will need to be uninstalled also!
Dear friend just do one thing format you system and create a user which is have a restricted and also download winpx autopatcher (255 MB) . Just install this software which is having many type of option for networking access. and also install Avast anti virus.
