I have the paid version with all the protection i need from (Spyware, viruses, Trojans, Adware and Worms etc.
My subscription expires in 2011 so quite a wait if I’m going to change…..
I just want to know:
Is it McAfee Security Center good?
(Because it has never found anything on my computer, no adware not even the occasional tracking cookie!)
( I know there is a little adware and a few cookies from looking at the mcafee quickclean.) But they aren’t really my main concern.
Do i have nothing? Or is McAfee just a bad choice for malware detection?
and if there is a better one could you recommend one for me?

Update: McAfee not a resource hog. Very low cpu and ram usage
It’s entirely possible that you don’t have any viruses or malware on your pc. I think that McAfee is just as good any any other anti-virus protection out there. It’s not my favorite, just because I think it’s a resource hog. I prefer something small like AVG Anti-virus.
Keep doing what you’re doing, apparently you’ve done well so far not to get any viruses or malware.
