I had adware/spyware on my computer. So I downloaded Spyware Doctor 5.5 from www.download.com and scanned my computer after which, 7 threats and 213 infections were detected. Since Spyware Doctor’s free version only scans the computer and doesn’t remove them, I downloaded SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition 3.9.1008 from the same website. It scanned and detected 7 threats and removed them, but did not say anything about infections. Now, how do I check and remove the infected files?

P.S. : I am broke and can’t afford any software so pls. suggest only free softwares from the internet. Thank you.

When I scan using AVG it says it has found “Adware Generic3.WNN” . It offered to remove it, but went on to say forceful removal of it may result in a crash.

I done a scan with AVG and came across this a few times. It supposed to have removed this but i do a scan the next day and BANG it there again.

I downloaded an Ascentive trial but removed it later as it was rubbish. Seems to be paying me back as i can not remove this using AVG. Does anyone know how to remove this?

I have tryed Spy Doctor and Search and Destroy. Also used some registry cleaners but nothing.
Sorry i have tryed Norton Anti Spy but it can not find that one.
