Unresolved adware or spyware problem?

spybot could not fix this problem, while adware cant detect it. help, I need some advice please.

   Also use avg, with these they all do different tasks mate and avg, might get rid of it for you.

   Find the location with spybot and remove it manually make sure system restore is turned off when deleting you can turn it back on when finished.
